CompuCo Corporation is a corporation that was started in the year 2004 by Pierre Durand and Girard, who are brothers. The corporation begun as a computer retail outlet and expanded to printing of computer manual for distribution of consumer software. The company started in France and spread to other countries globally, including the United States of America, Spain, Belgium, Japan, the United Kingdom, and Germany. The corporation faced numerous challenges as it struggles to achieve its desired competitiveness. This study analyzes some of the changes that are recommendable for the corporation to adopt to enable it achieve its desired international Global Product Development strategy alongside giving some of the steps it will adopt to implement the changes.
